Service Description

SendOneFax provides an online fax sending service. You upload a PDF document, provide a US fax number, and pay a flat fee of $2.75. We transmit your document via fax to the specified number.

Pricing

Each fax costs $2.75 regardless of page count (up to 45 pages). Payment is processed via Stripe. All sales are final upon successful fax delivery.

Refunds

If your fax fails to deliver due to a technical issue on our end, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact support@sendonefax.com with your session details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SendOneFax to:

  • Send unsolicited faxes (spam)
  • Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Limitations

  • US fax numbers only
  • PDF format only
  • Maximum 45 pages per fax
  • Maximum 25MB file size

Disclaimer

SendOneFax is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee delivery to all fax numbers, as delivery depends on the recipient's fax machine being operational and accepting calls.
